James J. Mannix Jr. – Managing Partner

Mr. Mannix gained his real estate experience at a very young age as he traveled the streets of New York City with his father locating potential commercial sites for acquisition. Most of his education was acquired by participating in his father’s negotiation of triple net leases with tenants on the various properties. Since then, Mr. Mannix has developed and operated two car washes and has consulted on many others. In addition, Mr. Mannix has negotiated with many tenants including Exxon, Gulf, Cumberland Farms, McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, Various Banks, Dunkin Donut Franchises, AT&T, and independent car wash and gas station owners. Mr. Mannix is strongly geared toward social impact as evidenced by his endowment of The Mannix Family Treat Train on the oncology ward of Children’s Hospital in Boston. Mr. Mannix holds a BA from Williams College and a Masters in Theology from the Harvard Divinity School. His biggest investment is time spent with his wife and two children.
