OUR REAL ESTATE STORY:

The Mannix family has been in the real estate business for over half a century. We buy and rent dense urban infill locations within walking distance to public transit. Today, Mannix Properties is directed by James Jr. who serves as the principal, and manages its long-term strategy, cultivating diverse and well-located properties positioned for long-term growth. Our holdings include real estate in New York, Florida, and Massachusetts. We manage properties in the Boston area and through our partners, in the outer boroughs of NYC.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

OUR INVESTMENT STRATEGY:

Since its inception we have been investing in the largest and most dynamic metropolitan communities in the world: the NYC boroughs. Our firm approaches investing with the discipline of institutional money management combined with entrepreneurial spirit and the care of a responsible neighbor. We seek to acquire properties that will generate a legacy of investment income in balance with sustained value, and strive to ensure our real estate investments provide a positive outcome to all stakeholders, including our tenants and the community. Our view is generational and therefore we are able to buy at lower cap rates than most buyers. We do not lever our purchases more than 50%.
